Booking and Payment
All bookings must be paid in full or as per the schedule specified at checkout. Dynamic prices and taxes are applicable. Commission rates are deducted directly during vendor payouts.
User Responsibilities
Guests must follow all house rules specified by the hosts. Any damage to properties during a stay will be charged to the guest. Smoking and pet allowances depend on individual property regulations.
Limitation of Liability
Uttarakhand StayFinder acts as a marketplace connecting hosts and guests. We are not responsible for direct or indirect losses occurring during your homestay or hotel visit.
