Refund and Cancellation Policy
We understand that travel plans can change. Here is our structured cancellation and refund policy.
Cancellation Window
Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the scheduled check-in time are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made within 48 hours of check-in will incur a penalty equivalent to one night's charge.
Non-Refundable Bookings
Some properties run promotional rates that are marked as non-refundable. Such bookings cannot be refunded under any circumstances.
Processing Refunds
Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days of approval. Transaction charges may apply depending on your bank.
