Since Uttarakhand StayFinder provides digital hotel booking vouchers and homestay booking confirmations, this policy outlines how digital documents are delivered.
Voucher Delivery
All bookings generate a digital PDF voucher and invoice sent instantly to your registered email address upon successful payment. You do not need physical shipping for any order.
Loss of Voucher
If you do not receive the email, you can access all booking confirmations under the User Dashboard. Alternatively, contact support to trigger a resend.
